Website Section and Footer Overscroll Effect

In this tutorial, Lukas shows us how to scroll a section over another section in Webflow and thus create an interesting effect. This scrolling effect is particularly good on his project page in his portfolio. This is possible in various ways. You can use position sticky for this, or as explained in this video, position fixed.
