Magnetic Video Play Button That Follows the Cursor

A magnetic video play button that appears on hover on a background video and tracks the mouse pointer. When clicked, a lightbox opens with the video. The play button also rotates slightly in the direction in which the cursor is moving. This gives the animation an additional lightness.
